On August 28, 2024, Nicholas Bland Sr., a 43-year-old resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas, lost his life due to gun violence. The incident occurred early in the morning at 2:21 a.m. when the Hot Springs Police Department (HSPD) responded to a shot fired call at 1338 Central Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers found Nicholas Bland in the front yard with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate life-saving measures, Bland was transferred to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. ...Read More
