In the early morning hours of September 18, 2024, the life of 50-year-old Lawrence Lamont Arnold Sr., a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in his Jacksonville, Arkansas, home. The residence, located on the 400 block of Smart Street, became a crime scene after police responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 2:00 a.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Arnold inside with multiple gunshot wounds.
