In the summer of 2019, the life of 18-year-old Seth Lamar Taylor was tragically cut short. On the evening of July 30, 2019, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, an altercation outside of a liquor store escalated to gunfire. Taylor was present with a 15-year-old when the shooting occurred, which detectives believed may have transpired from one car to another.
