Chad Ryan Thomas, 27, male and Black/African American, was found with a gunshot wound late on April 22, 2020, after officers were called around 10:31 p.m. to the Parkwood Mobile Home Park on South First Street in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
