Walter Webster Elmore II, a 42-year-old man from Logan, West Virginia, but residing in Huntington, WV at the time of his death, was fatally shot on October 13, 2024. The incident occurred early Sunday morning in the Ethel area of Logan County. Elmore was driving when his vehicle was involved in a single-car crash along West Virginia Route 17.
