Juan G. Garcia, Jr., known as "JJ," was a 24-year-old resident of Ogden, Utah, who tragically passed away on January 17, 2023. He was born on November 8, 1998, at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden to his mother, Diana Ramirez.
