Nelcybert Estafani Castillo Mata, a 26-year-old immigrant from Venezuela, died on February 16, 2023, in a suspected murder-suicide incident in Waukee, Iowa. The incident involved her boyfriend, Felix Baccam, 36, who was also found dead at the scene.
