In a tragic turn of events on the morning of February 16, 2023, Nelcybert Estafani Castillo Mata, a 26-year-old Latina female, was found deceased in her Waukee, Iowa, residence. The discovery was made by responders from the Waukee Police and Fire Departments who were dispatched to the home in the 200 block of Southeast Boulder Court around 7:27 a.m. following a report of a possible suicide. Inside the residence, authorities also located the body of 36-year-old Felix Baccam.
