Celio Antonio Posada, a 35-year-old man from Minneapolis, Minnesota, was fatally shot outside a nightclub in Waterloo, Iowa. The incident occurred on August 23, 2014, when a shooting was reported around 12:15 a.m. outside El Senior Tequila Nightclub.

Upon arrival, officers found Posada dead outside the nightclub. The Waterloo Police Department initiated an investigation into the shooting and identified a suspect who was subsequently held on suspicion of weapons charges.
