In the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2016, the life of 22-year-old Jesus 'Jesse' Olivas was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Olivas was walking north on 58th Drive when a gray four-door car approached him. An unknown man inside the vehicle opened fire, striking Olivas multiple times and leaving him for dead.
