In a tragic event that unfolded in a Phoenix, Arizona home, 33-year-old Iveth Susana Chavez, a Hispanic female, lost her life on February 20, 2017. The devastating incident occurred in the residence she shared with her husband and four children near 63rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. The evening took a fatal turn following a heated argument between Chavez and her husband, Oliver Olague-Acosta, which was witnessed by their children, who ranged in age from one to fifteen.
