Telvin Kennedy, a 24-year-old, was tragically killed in a double shooting on November 4, 2017, in Northwest Jacksonville, Florida. The incident took place on West 6th Street. Kennedy died from the injuries sustained during the shooting, while another victim was also injured in the attack. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene but did not have a description of the shooter.
