In the quiet, rural outskirts of Seligman, Arizona, a shocking act of violence shattered the morning calm on Saturday, November 15, 2014. On that day, 62-year-old Carol Sheansy, a female resident, was found deceased in her home. The Coconino County Sheriff's Office was first alerted to the incident around 10:00 a.m. by a chilling phone call from a man who identified himself as Richard Hollman.
