In the early morning hours of New Year's Day in 2016, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Jesus 'Jesse' Olivas, a 22-year-old male, was walking north on 58th Drive when the unthinkable happened. A gray four-door car, driven by an unknown individual, pulled up alongside him.
