In the late hours of an autumn evening in Tucson, Arizona, a violent altercation tragically cut short the life of 38-year-old Israel Dominguez Alfaro. On October 23, 2016, a confrontation erupted near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Lincoln Street. The Hispanic / Latino man and his brother were walking just blocks from their home when a blue SUV reportedly pulled up beside them. Several men and a woman exited the vehicle and a fight ensued.
