On June 1, 2018, Edward Rowland Jr., a 42-year-old man from Yuma, Arizona, was fatally shot following an altercation. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 3 a.m., when police responded to a call about a fight and shots fired. Rowland was found shot and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation led to the arrest of John Nate Gardea, who was accused of killing Rowland. Gardea claimed that he shot Rowland in self-defense. During cour ...Read More
