On the evening of January 27, 2017, in Yuma, Arizona, a life was tragically cut short. Fernando Valenzuela, a 28-year-old male, was fatally shot, leaving a community searching for answers. The incident occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. on West 3rd Street, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Valenzuela suffering from gunshot wounds.
