Jonathan Hendrickson, a 36-year-old resident of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on October 10, 2019. He was born on July 7, 1983, in Evansville, Indiana.

Jonathan's death was a result of suicide, which occurred in the garage of his home in Surprise, Arizona.
