In the autumn of 1985, a promising young life was abruptly cut short in the nation's capital. Florence Eyssalenne, a 22-year-old female, was found murdered in her Capitol Hill apartment on Sunday, October 27th. A graduate of Harvard University, she had moved to Washington, D.C., to work as a paralegal for the law firm Spiegel & McDiarmid, with aspirations of pursuing a graduate degree in French literature at Princeton.
