On the night of November 9, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 22-year-old Chardae Amari Dae Todd. A college graduate who was continuing her education in social work, she was a single mother to a two-year-old girl and was four months pregnant with her second child.
