On November 18, 1991, Henry Carl Robinette Jr., aged 52, was fatally shot during an armed robbery in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 11:04 am outside the Hamburger Hamlet restaurant, located at 5225 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, while Robinette, a Wells Fargo armored guard, was performing his official duties.
