On the evening of Thursday, May 27, 2021, a young man’s life was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Malik Miguel Recasner, a 21-year-old male, was standing outside his apartment in the vicinity of 4700 North 19th Avenue at approximately 10:10 p.m. when he was approached by an unknown male.
