In the summer of 2021, the life of 19-year-old Talmadge Cardell Holmes Jr. was tragically cut short in a violent act that also claimed the lives of his mother and younger brother. On the morning of July 1, 2021, first responders were called to a residence on East Toronto Street in Tucson, Arizona, for what was initially reported as a medical emergency.
