In the early morning hours of November 6, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Adam Lee Emmern was tragically cut short in Prescott, Arizona. Police responded to a call at an apartment complex near Rush and Sheldon streets around 3:15 a.m. and discovered Emmern suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the shooting led Prescott Police to arrest 26-year-old Dakota Austin Young in connection with the incident. Young was subsequently booked in ...
