On December 9, 2021, Stella Montes, a 38-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona, was tragically killed in a road rage incident. Montes, who was a mother of three and soon to be a grandmother, was driving near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Beardsley Road when she was shot by a person in another vehicle following a traffic altercation.
