In the early morning hours of December 11, 2021, a quiet street in Phoenix, Arizona, became the scene of a grim discovery. Phoenix Police responded to a call reporting a traffic collision in the area of 13th Avenue and Madison Street around 3:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle that had veered off the road.
