Skylar Rebecca Hughes, a 31-year-old woman, died on May 16, 2022, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. The incident occurred when her boyfriend, Jason Warnock, 36, shot her at the travel trailer where they were living together.
