Curtis Eugene West Jr., a 25-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona, lost his life due to gun violence on June 5, 2022. The incident occurred in Mesa, Arizona, at a nightclub.

The shooting took place in the parking lot of the nightclub, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including West Jr. The other victim was identified as Willie D'Angelo Love, a 23-year-old from Maricopa. In addition to the fatalities, two other people were injured in the incident.
