On a tragic afternoon in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 36-year-old Jessica Garcia was cut short in a violent sequence of events. On July 1, 2022, Garcia was a passenger in a Dodge truck driven by her boyfriend, 45-year-old Joseph Brandon Gourley. Their journey came to an abrupt and devastating halt at the intersection of East 5th Street and North Wilmot Road when their truck collided with a Kia Soul.
