Shelby Lee "Lion King" Jones Jr., aged 52, passed away on September 1, 2022. A family hour was held at 1:30 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, located at 268 North Perry Street. The funeral service followed immediately after the family hour.

Friends and family were invited to share their memories and condolences during the service. The community remembered Shelby for his vibrant personality and the joy he brought to those around him.
