On Sunday, December 13, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Tempe Police responded to a call of shots fired in the area of 4100 S. Mill Ave., Tempe, Arizona. Upon arrival, officers found the victim, Detrick Stanford, who had sustained gunshot wounds.
