In the early morning hours of Sunday, December 13, 2020, the city of Tempe, Arizona, was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 1:00 a.m., Tempe Police officers were dispatched to the area of 4100 South Mill Avenue following a report of shots fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man lying with gunshot wounds.
