In the summer of 2014, the life of 30-year-old Quennel Charles Banks was tragically cut short. On the evening of August 16th, in Tempe, Arizona, a fatal encounter unfolded at an apartment complex situated near Southern Avenue and Rural Road. It was here that Banks was shot, and the incident would later be described as a case of domestic violence.
