Ruben Rios Jr., an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was a son, brother, uncle, and a loving father. His life was tragically cut short on the evening of April 3, 2023, in Tucson, Arizona. The fatal incident occurred at an apartment complex situated near Shannon Road. According to reports from the Tucson Police Department, officers responded to a call and upon arrival, discovered Ruben with a gunshot wound.
