In the spring of 2023, a gathering at a Phoenix residence turned tragic, ending the life of 26-year-old Felix Espino-Garcia. On the evening of May 25th, what was reportedly a party in the front yard of a home near 48th Avenue and Almeria Road was interrupted by gunfire.
