In a tragic turn of events stemming from a soured business deal, 52-year-old Walter Mitchell, a male resident of Peoria, Arizona, was killed in his home. The incident, which also claimed the life of his 42-year-old wife, Susie Ephrem, unfolded on November 11, 2023. The couple's 8-year-old grandson was present in the house at the time of the killings but was physically unharmed.
