On a warm evening in Phoenix, Arizona, William Ray White, a 40-year-old man, was walking behind a business complex near McDowell Road and 43rd Avenue. The date was Sunday, May 5, 2024, and the time was approximately 6:30 p.m. His walk was tragically interrupted when a man riding a white bicycle approached him.
