In the late afternoon hours of a Monday in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 18-year-old Randy Simmons was tragically cut short. On November 11, 2024, the young White / Caucasian male was found in an alley in the 6000 block of East 35th Street, near the intersection of East Golf Links Road and South Wilmot Road. The call came in around 3:30 p.m., reporting a shooting on the city's southeast side.
