In the late afternoon hours of a Monday in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 18-year-old Randy Simmons was tragically cut short. On November 11, 2024, the young White / Caucasian male was found in an alley in the 6000 block of East 35th Street, near the intersection of East Golf Links Road and South Wilmot Road.
