On May 15, 2016, in Lincoln, Nebraska, 50-year-old Ronald Blake Heritage was found deceased in his home alongside his girlfriend, 53-year-old Tina Jensen, and their longtime friend, 55-year-old Norma Voges. The Lincoln Police Department's investigation revealed that Heritage fatally shot Jensen and Voges before taking his own life in what was determined to be a double murder-suicide.
