In the quiet residential area near 41st and Pinkney Street in Omaha, Nebraska, the life of 48-year-old Montrel T. Williams, a Black/African American male, came to a tragic and unexpected end on February 17, 2018. Concerns for his well-being prompted a welfare check at his home, a call that would soon transition into a homicide investigation.
