Loyal C. Brown III, a 30-year-old Black male, was found shot to death just after 3 a.m. on November 15, 2020, inside a residence at 2250 North 39th Street in Omaha, near 38th and Grant. Officers responding to a report of a shooting discovered Brown deceased and began a homicide investigation that same morning.
