Scott Douglas Horine, 51, of Upland, Nebraska, passed away on January 7, 2021, at his home after a prolonged struggle with grief and depression. Born on October 22, 1969, in Minden, Nebraska, to Joan and LeRoy 'Pete' Horine, Scott spent much of his early childhood in Denver, Colorado, and various locations in Arkansas. In his early teens, his family returned to Nebraska, settling in Broken Bow, where he graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1987.
