On a summer evening in the small town of Broadwater, Nebraska, the life of Rodney Eugene Bennett, a 57-year-old Caucasian male, came to a tragic and unexpected end. On August 8, 2022, a heated argument between Bennett and his son, Joseph Bennett, escalated with fatal consequences. The disagreement took place at the home of Rodney's mother, where the two men were present. According to later reports, Rodney had been drinking and became embroiled in a dispute with his son.
