JoAnn Boshart, 62, a white female, was found with fatal gunshot wounds on November 3, 2023, at the rural Lancaster County home she shared near Northwest 98th and West Adams streets, close to the Pawnee Lake area outside Lincoln. Deputies had gone to the address for a welfare check after she did not arrive for her school bus route with Malcolm Public Schools.
