On the late evening of Wednesday, May 29, 2024, tragedy struck in a parking lot in Omaha, Nebraska, claiming the life of 31-year-old Larozion Reis. An African American male, Reis was discovered by Omaha Police officers who were responding to a report of shots fired in the vicinity of 39th and Maple Streets. Upon their arrival, they found Reis suffering from gunshot wounds.
