On February 10, 2008, at approximately 12:47 a.m., Wilmington police responded to a shooting incident in the 200 block of South Market Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Ramadan Kareem Dorsey-Bey, who had been shot and succumbed to his injuries. The case remains unsolved, and the Wilmington Police Department's Cold Case Unit continues to seek information from the public to aid in the investigation.
