Murdered

Manuel Ramirez, a 42-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2014, in what authorities later classified as a homicide. Ramirez's death occurred in the early morning hours, when he was found unresponsive in the 400 block of W. 7th Street, near the city's downtown area. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports of an incident, but despite efforts to revive him, Ramirez was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
