Thomas Ferguson, a 22-year-old from Cedar Heights, Delaware, was tragically shot and killed on December 12, 2014. Ferguson was discovered with gunshot wounds outside an apartment complex in Wilmington. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire before Ferguson was found lying in the parking lot. Emergency responders arrived on the scene and rushed him to a nearby hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
