Black / African American female Morgan Dixon, age 26, was shot while driving on the afternoon of May 23, 2018, in Wilmington's Riverside neighborhood. Just before 4:30 p.m., gunfire erupted as she drove through the 2700 block of North Claymont Street; a bullet struck her in the chest and her car veered into a house.
