Nicholas Davis, a 31-year-old white male, was pronounced dead on February 20, 2022, following a sudden and violent encounter. On that evening, at approximately 8:59 p.m., the Seaford Police Department responded to reports of gunfire at 1252 Norman Eskridge Highway in Seaford, Delaware. When officers arrived, they discovered Nicholas Davis lying in a parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
