Jordaan Brummell, a 26-year-old African American male from Millsboro, Delaware, was tragically killed on June 4, 2024, in a shooting that occurred on Saint Thomas Boulevard within the St. Helen's Crossing community. Responding officers from the Millsboro Police Department and Delaware State Police found Brummell suffering from a gunshot wound.
