Andree’ Mosley Jr., 19, a Black male from Ellendale, Delaware, was shot just after 2 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, outside a home in the 24000 block of Rivers Edge Drive in the Stonewater Creek area east of Millsboro. Troopers responded to reports of gunfire, rendered aid to Mosley outside the residence, and found two additional men wounded nearby; Mosley was pronounced dead at the scene while the other victims were taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
